Thanks to my loving brothers! I have decided to put myself to the test....that is going on a diet which is not all that easy as it seems, as you may as well know going on diets was hard for me and wasn't my specialty but then I had told myself "Mary you're gonna have to loose weight it won't be good for the heart in your condition and if you want a boyfriend then hey loosing weight will get you there" I have quit sugar and wheat for good! Goodbye to Sugar and Wheat and hello to freedom!

5 pounds! That's awesome Mary! I don't know how you can stand not eating sugar and wheat. Those are pretty much in all of my favorite foods. I'm very proud of you. You rock.
